We stand by our commitment to reliability. All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 180 days (six months)from the purchase date. Should your order not arrive within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase amount, returned to your original payment method. If your package arrives visibly damaged or appears tampered with, please document it with clear photos before opening and contact us immediately so we can assist in investigating the issue.
